SAFETY POLICY

It is the Nenni Companies responsibility to furnish to each of its employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to its employees. This plan shall be used as a guideline by our supervisors in the interest of accident prevention, fire protection and health preservation.

The company shall maintain a safe and healthful work place. The Nenni Companies shall provide safe working equipment, the necessary personal protection equipment and, in case of an injury, shall provide medical services.

The company shall exert every effort to abide by all regulations as they pertain to the construction industry which is set forth in federal and state standards and good practices as dictated by location and circumstances.

Objectives
