The project consisted of 40,000 cubic yards of cut, 34,000 yards of fill, 20,000 yards of rock blasting and 15,000 yards of re-mediation work for the new building. Including water system, sewer system with pump station, storm system with underground storage, bio ponds. All work was phased to be under 5 acres.
