A new 100,000-square-foot, four-story facility housing 70 apartments and 234 beds. Apartments feature large living areas, bedrooms with private bathrooms, full-sized washers and dryers and large kitchen areas that include double-basin sinks, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New amenities such as a fitness center, lounge and outdoor space will be shared among the housing community. Work also included extensive sitework to prepare the greenfield site and a full sprinkler system with below- and above-ceiling coverage.

Site work included Clear & Grub, 40,500 cubic yard Cut & Fill, 12,000 cubic yard Soil Re-mediation, 21,000 cubic yard of Rock Blasting, Storm System, Sanitary System, Water System, Building Excavation & Backfill, Interior Plumbing & Electric, Concrete Curbing, Concrete Walks, Paving, Lot & Road Stripe and Site Signage including Off Site Road Work.
