Project Portfolio

The project is a mixed-use development on Route 9 in Wappinger’s Falls, NY. The site consisted of major cuts and fills, and extensive rock removal for the retention pond, new water, storm and sewer, building excavation and backfill for the new retail store, concrete curbing and concrete walks, dumpster enclosure, site lighting, landscaping, segmental retaining walls and stone walls, reconstruction of the existing plaza parking lots which included new curbing and pavement resurfacing. Also included was a new NYS-DOT turning lane which included removal of the existing shoulder, utility relocation, full depth pavement, concrete curbing, walks and walk pavers.
